The Hungaroring is a compact 4.381 km permanent circuit in Mogyoród outside Budapest. Its enclosed setting and continuous sequence of corners give it a rhythm that is very different from Formula 1's long-straight circuits.

The circuit is outside Budapest rather than inside the city itself, making the weekend a combination of city stay and circuit commute. Supporters should plan both sides of the trip rather than treating the venue as walkable from central accommodation.
