Terms for using RaceCompass.
These terms describe the role of RaceCompass, the limits of the information provided and the relationship between users and third-party travel or motorsport providers.

Who operates RaceCompass
RaceCompass is operated by Diablo Aquila Ltd (company number 17010899), registered in England and Wales with its registered office at 12 Rosehip Lane, Tunbridge Wells, United Kingdom, TN2 3XU. References to “RaceCompass”, “we”, “us” or “our” in these terms refer to Diablo Aquila Ltd in relation to the RaceCompass service.
What RaceCompass provides
RaceCompass provides motorsport information, destination context, planning tools and links to third-party providers. Unless expressly stated otherwise, RaceCompass is not the merchant, airline, hotel operator, ticket issuer or activity provider for products offered by external partners.
Third-party purchases
If you follow a RaceCompass link and purchase from another provider, your contract is generally with that provider. Their pricing, availability, payment, cancellation, refund and support terms apply.
Information can change
Race schedules, session times, transport, prices, entry rules and destination information can change. RaceCompass aims to provide useful and accurate information, but users should verify critical booking and travel details with the relevant official source before relying on them.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity carried out through your account. Do not misuse RaceCompass, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorised access or use the product in a way that infringes another person's rights.
Intellectual property
The RaceCompass name, product design, original content and proprietary materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Third-party championship, circuit, team, event and provider names or marks remain the property of their respective owners.
Coming-soon features
Roadmap references describe current product intent, not a guaranteed release date or contractual promise. Features, championships and integrations may change as the product develops.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful. RaceCompass is provided as an information and planning service and is not responsible for the performance of independent third-party providers or for losses caused by changes to external schedules, availability or travel arrangements outside RaceCompass's control.
