Account deletion

Delete your RaceCompass account.

RaceCompass provides in-app account deletion. If you cannot access the app, you can also request deletion through the privacy contact route.

Delete in the app

Sign in

Open RaceCompass and sign in to the account you want to delete.

Open Account

Go to the Account screen from the app navigation.

Choose Delete account

Open the deletion control and review the permanent-deletion warning.

Confirm deletion

Confirm the request. Your RaceCompass account is deleted and the app signs you out.

What is removed

RaceCompass account data associated with you.

Deletion removes the RaceCompass authentication account and associated profile, preferences, notification preferences, saved event or trip information, departure-hub information and knowledge-placement data held against that account.

Permanent means permanent. Account deletion cannot be undone. Independent bookings, purchases or accounts you created directly with third-party partners are not controlled by RaceCompass and must be managed with those providers.

Request deletion by email.

Email privacy@racecompass.org with the subject RaceCompass account deletion request. We may need to verify that you control the account before acting on the request.
